Refund Policy

How rescheduling and refund requests are handled for booked support sessions and future recurring arrangements.

Scheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Refunds

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a refund.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, but rescheduling may be considered at my discretion.

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

Once a support session has been delivered, it is generally non-refundable.

If a service cannot be provided as agreed, a partial or full refund may be issued at my discretion.

Ongoing or Recurring Support

If ongoing or recurring support arrangements are offered, billing terms and cancellation policies will be clearly outlined at the time of signup or agreement.
